Resercom's Management Team

Erik Hanson
Chief Executive Officer, Founder, General Partner and Board Member

Erik Hanson brings nine years of executive and startup technology experience to Resercom. The original concept for the RAZ hospitality online ordering system was first conceived in the mid-nineties during his experience as a waiter in the restaurant industry. Mr. Hanson believes this first-hand experience was very critical to understanding not only the needs of a restaurant operation, but also the demands of the patrons he interacted with on a daily basis.

In 1999, Mr. Hanson began his entrepreneurial career with several small ventures, which led him to seek the advice and mentorship of successful individuals who could directly teach him the realities of forming and running a larger corporate operation. Prior to launching his first startup company in 2003, Mr. Hanson was contracted to write a seminar that he titled “The Applied Science of Intellectual Distribution”. Upon completing the contract, Mr. Hanson co-founded and was the Executive Vice President for a Dallas-based startup company whose product was a Web-based concierge software service. After his departure from this company, Mr. Hanson began researching patron practices, food service trends and emerging technologies that would eventually become RAZ.

In 2005, Mr. Hanson organized Resercom LP after receiving initial funding to begin development on the RAZ system. Mr. Hanson has managed the development of Resercom products; designed the company infrastructure; created the Resercom sales and marketing model and assembled a team of qualified and trusted individuals with a broad knowledge of both the hospitality and technology industries.
