Our Solution – RAZ™
High speed Internet access is changing the way restaurants do business. It should now be faster to place and pay for a food order online than it is to call it in. RAZ™ turns a normal restaurant’s Website, where patrons can only view menus and find directions, into a revenue generating profit center where hungry patrons can now quickly order and pay for food online AND it doesn’t stop there!
RAZ™ is loaded with value added marketing and loyalty programs that reward patrons for ordering online. For the first time, restaurants can now create virtual relationships with patrons. From Points Programs to Preferred Groups – RAZ™ was designed to give Resercom clients the very best online ordering has to offer.
How Our Solution is Sold
The RAZ™ system is sold as a software service. This means that our clients are not buying a software product that will be shelved when it is outdated. As a software service, once a restaurant becomes a Resercom client, they receive ALL updates and upgrades to the RAZ™ system to ensure their ordering system is always cutting-edge.
Our affordable Annual License Fee includes:
1. A fully functional Website if they do not have one
2. Resercom loads their menu into the RAZ™ system
3. Future Updates and Upgrades
4. Friendly Support and Training
5. Our proprietary Smart Printer that is located at the restaurant
Can the RAZ™ System be sold easily?
With a recession looming over our heads, every industry is looking for ways to maintain and increase their revenues. Since the restaurant industry is one of the last industries to take advantage of e-Commerce, due in part to the complexity of real-time food ordering, the restaurant market is wide-open and hungry for ways to attract and retain customers. The market is literally changing overnight!
What restaurants would be interested in our product?
In short – ALL OF THEM! Today, Resercom even has several large national chains that are contacting us to request information and meetings. There are approximately over 900K restaurants nationwide and the greater majority of them DO NOT have “true” online ordering if ordering capabilities at all!
Just in the last year alone, media across the nation is jumping onboard calling out for restaurants to begin listening to the growing demographic of patrons that are calling for a faster and more efficient way of ordering their food. The “early adopters” have spoken – people want to order food online AND are willing to spend more when doing so!
Our Compensation Plan
At target, the Account Executive will earn in excess of $100K.
We are now building a NATIONAL SALES TEAM
* You will work from the convenience of your home. We are not looking for people to do this “Part-time”, however if you are maintaining your minimum numbers – you can do whatever you want with your spare time.
* Your territory is your local major city and surrounding areas.
* We are hiring Account Executives for each metropolitan area. WE have a tested system for protecting your area and protecting your leads.
* It would be impossible to even begin to hit every restaurant in your territory in a 5 year period of time AND, we are still developing new products!
* We will go over EVERYTHING with you in training. You will be well trained and have excellent TESTED closing tools to assist you in closing leads quickly. Our product was designed to be easy to understand and to sell!
* You will work directly for our VP of Sales, Patrick Morrissey. He is fun and is an enthusiastic person to work for. You’ll be successful if you do everything that we teach you. Keep in mind, this is not rocket science! It’s making people happy!!
We have a 3 Hour Training Class via gotomeeting.com for product knowledge and sales training. After the training meeting, you will have all the sales materials that you will need and you will have all of the knowledge necessary to start closing deals immediately!
RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Set sales goals and sales strategies as required by the Company
* Contact Company generated leads for the assigned local territory
* Heavy phone contact with restaurant managers and/or owners
* Appointment setting
* Heavy field sales
* Close face-to-face sales
* Be prepared to prospect in order to achieve sales targets
* Track all leads and prospects
* Report all sales activities to the Vice President of Sales
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* BA/BS preferred but will consider candidates with equivalent work experience
* Experience selling in the Hospitality industry to restaurant owners and operators will be given first consideration
* Knowledge and experience with POS systems desired
* Software sales and/or IT solution sales a plus
* Heavy phone sales skills is a must
* Must be Internet savvy
* Field sales experience preferred
* A strong track record of face-to-face closing at the owner level is a must
* Must have track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
* Top level HUNTER skills
* Experience with accurate prospect tracking & timely personal sales reporting
* Must be an aggressive self starter
* Must be able to work effectively from your home office
* Must have an enthusiastic personality with a "can-do" spirit
* A track record and need to earn at least $100K per year
