Preferred Group Program

The Preferred Group Program allows you, as an operator, to identify local businesses that regularly place large takeout and catering orders while backing their purchases to direct bill accounts. You have the ability to setup customizable menus that only their employees can access and setup individual order preferences for both pick-up and delivery!

The Preferred Group Program has the flexibility to allow your operation to compete with catering establishments for regular corporate or private catering business. All preferences can be adjusted to grant your existing operation the ability to set predetermined order times and set windows that these accounts can order into, to receive their orders at a scheduled time or with a preset lead time (ex: All orders placed by 1:00 p.m. today will be available for pickup tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. or their order can be available 45 minutes in the future.)

Furthermore, the Preferred Group Program enables your restaurant to market to Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and other Outside Sales Organizations, by offering those entities an avenue to quickly and efficiently place orders for their clients through our secure RAZ™ Solution. Their charges can then be tracked and managed at the store level and customized billing can be set by both parties to increase productivity. They also have the ability to consolidate the orders by these groups.

Example: Jane, a Legal Assistant in a large law firm, is short on cash for lunch today; with RAZ™ she can access her company’s private menu from her favorite restaurant and place her lunch order for pick-up or delivery. The charges will be deducted from her paycheck by her corporate administrator managing the account.
