Here's How It Works:

1. Your restaurant creates a customized Pointz program by contacting the Resercom Client Relations Representative at 866.776.1124 and deciding on their Pointz/Rewards Ratio (ex: $1.00 = 10 Pointz & 10 Pointz = $.10 towards redeemable purchases)
2. You can send out a marketing piece explaining the new loyalty program via snail or email to their client base, or by utilizing point of sale materials within their establishment.
3. Your Patrons log on to your restaurant's web site, using their personal login account or create a new account by submitting a Username and Password.
4. Patrons can then Browse Menu Items and review “Pointz” available for menu items.
5. The Patron can then Review Tray and see the accumulated “Pointz” for their order.
6. Once a benchmark of “Pointz” earned has been met the patron can redeem those “Pointz” for preset Rewards or Discounts.
7. The patron can further access their Pointz at their leisure in the My Account section of the Website.
