With our Party Order feature, your patrons can place orders for multiple persons offering both single and multiple payment options. The facilitator simply begins the order, sets the pick-up or delivery-time, and then sends the order invitation via email to the requested recipients. They can then pay individually or the order can be backed to a single credit card. This system is currently active with your RAZ™ Solution. All you have to do is promote it to your client base.
Example: Sally is going to order delivery from her favorite local restaurant today and wanted to see if anybody else wanted something; with RAZ™ she can send an e-vite to each employee via email and have them pay separately for their own time-stamped purchase, yet have the order combined for convenience.
Here's How It Works
1. A Patron logs into the RAZ™ Online Ordering System and under Order Options selects Party button:
2. They then enter in each email address in the Party Order Invite section of the page.
3. An emailed, Time-Stamped Order Link is electronically sent to all participants to place their order.
4. After each attendee creates an account (First-Time User) or Logs-in to their account (Returning User) they can Browse, Order, & Pay for their purchase individually.
5. The time stamped order then prints at your restaurant as one consolidated order for easy packaging and delivery.
